Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2082: Pursuant to 50 CFR §221.22 the Yurok Tribe, a license party to FERC proceedings regarding FERC license 2082 (PacifiCorp's Klamath Hydroelectric Project), provide this Notice of Intervention and Written Response to the request for hearing filed by the Hoopa Valley Tribe in the above captioned matter, j The Yurok Tribe agrees with those parties who request that all hearings regarding disputed issues of material fact concerning FERC license 2082 be consolidated, because all such hearings will involve the same hydroelectric project and will have identical, or nearly identical, factual and legal backgrounds.
