Scope/Content: Typed report prepared by James Schuler as consulting hydraulic engineer to the San Francisco office of banking house E. H. Rollins and Sons. The report addresses irrigation on the Algodones Grant, a Spanish land grant in the Yuma area, and analyzes the feasibility of gravity canals at that site.
