Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2082: Enclosed you will find four copies of the Long Range Plan for the Klamath River Basin Conservation Area Fisheries Restoration Program (Plan). This submittal to the Commission meets the criteria for a comprehensive plan because the Plan was developed by authorized State and Federal agencies along with other members of the Klamath River Basin Fisheries Task Force. It is also a comprehensive study of the restoration of fishery resources and habitat in the Klamath River watershed and it describes the standards applied, data relied upon, and methodology used in preparing the Plan.
