Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-696: Pursuant to 36 CFR 800.6(b)(9), we are forwarding to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation and providing signed copies to all the parties addressed, the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the American Fork Project, operated by PacifiCorp. The project is located on the American Fork Creek near the City of American Fork, about three miles east of Highland, in Utah County, Utah. This MOA applies to the issuance of the "Order Granting Surrender Application and Approving Project Removal Plan".l The MOA has been signed by us, as well as the Utah State Historic Preservation Office, PacifiCorp, Timpanogos Cave National Monument, and the Uinta National Forest. The MOA remained unsigned by the Northern Ute Tribe.
