Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2069: This document provides revised and expanded details for Partial Remocal OPtion D -14'-0". Provided with this revision is Attachment 1 that illustrates the design of an upstream diversion channel to divert Fossil Springs base floes through deconstruction of the dam structure and until natural transport of the sediment wedge occurs during flood events. We have also provided expanded detail drawings for the removal of the dam structure, location plans for disposal of material from Fossil Springs Dam and expanded plans for the removal of the Irving Diversion structure.
