Scope/Content: Abstract: News item from the New Jersey Herald: HACKETTSTOWN -- As the Musconetcong River finds its own path, humans are finding the junk left behind by preceding generations. And much of that junk is tires -- lots of tires of all different sizes. On Wednesday, heeding a call for volunteers, about three dozen people showed up at what had been the mill pond behind the Gruendyke dam to begin cleaning up.
