Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-696: Enclosed with this letter is a Proposal for Decommssioning of the American Fork Project With submittal of this Proposal, PacifiCorp fomally requests withdrawal of the previously submittted application for rlicensing of the American Fork Project. The parties involved in this proceeding ate/n the final stages of review and completion of a Settlement Agreement, in which all conditions and issues regarding project removal will be resolved. PacifiCorp,in concert with the parties, intend to file an Offer of Settlement by February 14, 2003.
