Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2602; Pursuant to Rules 214 and 213 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure,18 C.F.R. §385.213 and §385.214 (2004), the Jackson County and Macon County Governments of the State of North Carolina ("Jackson County" and "Macon County," respectively), the Town of Franklin, North Carolina ("Franklin"), and the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation District ("District")(collectively, "Movants"), hereby file this motion seeking intervention, jointly and severally, in the above-captioned proceeding for the preliminary permit application filed by Appalachian Rivers Resources Enhancement, LLC. ("Appalachian River Resources").
