Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket numbers p-9045; p-6546; p-6805: On November 9,2005, Mr. Pat Kenndy, Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District (GCID) Watermaster had a conversation with Mr. Hossein Ildari, Chief of the Compliance Branch. He informed Mr. Ildari that GCID is planning to decommission three hydroeelctric plants. Mr Itdari asked the Distract to submit a letter to the Commission explaining why the District is planning to decommission these projects. Listed below are the reasons behind the request for decommissioning these plants.
