Scope/Content: Project No. 02-070-02.; "Project Manager: Jeff Melby."; Scope and content: Staff recommendation: Authorize disbursement of up to $2,557,581, including $1,232,500 to be reimbursed by the California Department of Water Resources and $700,081 to be reimbursed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service for the construction of managed pond habitat and tidal wetlands in Ponds A16 and A17 as part of Phase I implementation of the South Bay Salt Ponds Restoration Project.
