Description
Scope/Content: Abstract: Portland General Electric (PGE), the holder of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) license for the Bull Run Hydroelectric Project, is planning to decommission the Bull Run Project. This will entail removal of Marmot Dam, on the Sandy River, Oregon and Little Sandy Dam (on the Little Sandy River), as well as decommissioning of associated flumes and canals, Roslyn Lake, and the Bull Run powerhouse.
