Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2069: The purpose of the following document is to provide a determination of the Area of Potential Effect for the deconstruction of the Childs and Irving Hydroelectric Project through the development of a work plan. The tasks and methods defined in this document are intended as a guide to future engineering tasks and will be revised as required. Final deconstruction shall be completed in compliance with the Final Environmental Assessment (FEA), Memorandum of Agreement that includes the Historic Properties Management Plan (HPMP) and consultation with the United States Forest Service (USFS).
