Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-696: On February 21, 2003, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued a notice on PacifiCorp's Application for Surrender of License for its American Fork Project (FERC No. 696-000) on American Fork Creek in Utah. In accordance with Rule 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 C.F.R. § 385.214, Trout Unlimited ("TU") moves to intervene in support of PacifiCorp's Application.
