Description
Scope/Content: Abstract: The City of San Luis Obispo retained Essex Environmental Inc. to work in coordination with the City's staff biologist, Dr. Michael Clarke, to conduct construction monitoring for the Upper San Luis Creek Dam Removal Project. The project began 5 September 2002 and was completed on 17 January 2003. The instream portion of the project was completed 20 September 2002, with the re-vegetation of the site and "fine-tuning" of weirs being completed on 17 January 2003. This completion report has been prepared to satisfy the requirements of several agencies.
