City of San Antonio (State of Texas) Hereby Presents This Citation to Dr. Tomás Rivera in recognition of his outstanding service to the citizens of San Antonio. He has served his fellowman well, as teacher, university professor and as an adminstrator at the University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as on many civic assignments. The City Council expresses its appreciation to Dr. Rivera for his many accomplishments and extends best wishes for continuned success in his new endeavor.
