Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-477: Pursuant to Rule 214, the State of Oregon, by and through the Oregon Water Resources Department, the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, and the Oregon Division of State Lands, moves the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ('Commission') for an order granting the state intervention in this proceeding.
