Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-477: On May 10, 2004, Portland General Electric Company (licensee or PGE) filed a revised revegetation, noxious weed control and site restoration plan (plan) for the Bull Run Hydro Project. The plan was filed pursuant to ordering paragraph (J) of the Order Granting Surrender Application, Adopting Proposed Terms, and Denying Application to Amend License (2004 Order).1 The Bull Run Project 2 is located on the Sandy and Bull Run Rivers, near the Town of Sandy in Clackamas County, Oregon.
