Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2979: The environmental inspection of the Boardman project showed that based on file reviews, discussions, and field observations made during the inspection, no items of noncompliance were found. No allegations of noncompliance were filed by any resource agency. The project is owned by Grand Traverse County and operated by Traverse City Light and Power.
