Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2979: The environmental inspection of the Boardman project showed that based on file reviews, discussions, and field observations made during the inspection, no items of noncompliance were found. No allegations of noncompliance were filed by any resource agency. The project is owned by Grand Traverse County and operated by Traverse City Light and Power. Activities related to the Boardman and Sabin projects include: - Boardman River Project - Forestry and Wildlife Assistance Program - Cooperative Parkland Project - Gypsy Moth Suppression Program 20030116-0618 Issued by FERC OSEC 10/22/2002 in Docket#: P-2979-000 - Michigan Groundwater Stewardship Program - Trail Systems and Landings
