Scope/Content: Abstract: Resolución de 23 de diciembre de 2009, de la Secretaría de Estado de Cambio Climático, por la que se adopta la decisión de no someter a evaluación de impacto ambiental el proyecto Restauración del río Turia en los términos municipales de Gestalgar, Bugarra y Pedralba (Valencia). --- The "Boletín Oficial del Estado" has published en EIA permitting a demolition, this time in the Turia river, near the city of Valencia, on the Mediterranean coast. This projects includes invasive species elimination, flood areas recovery and riparian forest restoration.
