Description
Scope/Content: Abstract: As I stated in the meeting I want to confirm my commitment to the project and in the belief that everything will come together by funding up to $3,000,000 for mutually agreed upon preliminary design and engineering studies. This puts California American Water in the position to share the burden with the Conservancy for the immediate effort that needs to take place to keep this project on track. We fully understand that given we do not have formal agreements in place for the project that our funds, just as yours, are at risk should the worst happen and we are not be able to undertake the project.
