Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2082: On April 25, 2006, PacifiCorp requested a hearing on certain material facts regarding preliminary prescriptions for the Klamath Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2082 ("Project") the National Marine Fisheries Service ("NMFS') filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") pursuant to section 18 in the Federal Power Act (16 US.C. § 811). Pursuant to 50 C.F.R. § 221.22, the California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") intervenes in the hearing requested by PacifiCorp. CDFG is a party to the proceeding before FERC on PacifiCorp's application for a new license for the Project, and is filing this notice within 15 days of the date of service of PaciflCorp's request for hearing.
