Description: Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-477:Paragraphs O,P, and R of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Surrender Order for the Bull Run Hydroelectric Project FERC no.477, dated May 12, 2004, requires the submission of documents prior to any land disturbing activites at the site. Enclosed are one copy of the following: 1. Cofferdam Design Report by Cornforth Conusltants dated May 2006. 2. Bull Run Decommissioning Contract Documents: a. Conditions of Contract dated March 2007, b. Specification of 431-2007-01 dates March 2007, c. Hazardous Materials Survey dated July 2005. d. Hazardous Material Removal and Disposal Specification - various dates. e.Site photoes taken during the construction of the existing Marmot Dam.
