Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2069: On October 8, 2004, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) issued an Order approving the surrender by Arizona Public Service Company (APS) of its license for the Childs-Irving Hydroelectric Project. That Order also approved the removal of project works but requires APS to take certain steps prior to commencing any removal operations. APS is providing the required documents and agency review comments (with the APS response) by cover of this letter for your rcwiew and concurrence. APS is providing the following listing of surrender orders by FERC and references to our attached documents in response to these orders. As requested by the Commission, APS is providing the attached documents to the Commission with copies to the Director, Division of Dam Safety and the Commission's Division of Dam Safety and Inspections - San Francisco Regional Office Regional Engineer
