Description
Scope/Content: Abstract: FERC issued docket number p-2979: Per the FERC ORDER APPROVING CONDITIONAL SURRENDER OF LICENSE AND EXEMPTIONS issued March 17, 2006, Traverse City Light and Power (TCL&P) is submitting a final report for Boardman Dam, 2979-006, referenced under The Directors orders (D). The main breaker for the generator has been removed and taken back to the TCL&P Service Center at 1131 Hastings Street. The head gate was put down in the generatin 8 bay to dewater the unit. The generator is removed from the gearbox and the gear lube was removed from the gearbox. TCL&P is passing water through the bypass penstock and the spillway to control water levels.
