Photograph article dated June 25, 1963 reads, "At the annual Beachcomber dinner-dance sponsored by Northridge Guild of John Tracy Clinic, costumed members and their guests gathered at the Castaway Restaurant in Burbank for an evening of fun in a Polynesian atmosphere. Activities included dancing, entertainment and an authentic luau dinner. Master of ceremonies was Doug Mossman, formerly of television's Hawaiian Eye. Chairman of the event which benefited John Tracy Clinic, was Mrs. Louis Soter, vice president. Mrs. Edward R. Werner is the guild's president."
