Photograph caption dated May 3, 1961 reads, "David Tyerman, president of North Hollywood Toastmasters 147, led his group Monday in buying candy from Campfire girls Linda Sullivan, 13, left, and Sharon Allen, 13. At the Toastmasters' meeting at Bill Storey's Restaurant, 4100 Cahuenga Blvd., North Hollywood, Tyerman urged his members 'to support a worthwhile project.' Proceeds from the candy sale will be used to finance Campfire girl activities. Their sale of candy continues until May 13."
