Two men stand to the left of the cross, one of whom is pointing up at the cross. Two men stand to the right of the cross and both point upwards. A kneeling woman can be seen in front of the men at right, wearing a long coat. The man at left can be seen wearing overalls, while the other men wear suits. A group of people and what appear to be tripods can be seen in the center background, while sand dunes are visible in the distance.
