Description: Interior of the Lincoln Heights Branch of the Los Angeles Public Library (also known as Northeast Branch) in 1916. Located at 2530 Workman St., the Renaissance style library was built with a $35,000 grant from Andrew Carnegie and designed by Hibbard & Cody.
