A black and white photo of same view as 91-41-16 but wider. Taken from hillside above Feather River. This photo clearly shows the relationship of the Great Western Power Plant to the buildings at Island Bar and to the railroad on opposite bank of the Feather River. A white footbridge spans the river a little above water level. Inscribed on the backside: "Great Western Power Plant Las Plumas under construction. Island Bar in background, near river, WPRR right"; "555".
