Photograph of an exterior view of the Court House in Woodland, 1900-1940. A dirt pathway runs from bottom center back to a three story square-shaped stone building with a flat roof. Three staircases join to meet the front entryway on the right. Rectangular-shaped windows are evenly spaced throughout each story, and some have retractable cloth awnings. A small balcony with columns on either side is visible on the second story above the entryway. Bushes and small palm trees grow in the grass to the left and right of the pathway, while a second building is visible in the background to the right of the first building. Trees are visible in the background.
