Instead of Cowboys and Indians, it was Politicians and Garbage Men, as the trash collectors circled City Hall at 1st and Spring Street in a sign of protest. Joining the protest is this one with a license plate that reads, "Rubish", driven by Dennis Katangian of Whittier.
