Photograph caption dated January 20, 1960 reads, "Retiring Municipal Judge Raymond L. Reid, left, is honored at testimonial dinner after 25 years of service on bench. Presenting plaque to him is Richard R. Rogan, chief deputy attorney general, and Edward C. Olson, newly appointed Burbank municipal judge. Dinner was held last night at Oakmont Country Club, Glendale."
