Description
Jack Hill (Jack E. Hill) of Elk Grove, for whom a park is named. He is best known for directing the Elk Grove Soap Box Derby and serving on the national board for soap box derby racing. He also volunteered at the Elk Grove Senior Center, Lions Club, Western Festival and Fire Department.
