In October of 1979, the Barn was relocated from Paramount Studios to a lot on Vine Streetin Hollywood. After a preservation effort, the barn was relocated to its current, permanent site across the street from the Hollywood Bowl, and it is now open to the public as the Hollywood Heritage Museum.
