The Glendale Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church, originally known as the 90th Seventh-day Adventist Church in Los Angeles, was formed in 1970. For almost a year, 80 of its members met on Saturdays in a space at the Broadway United Methodist Church, who owned this building at that time. Around 1971, the building was sold to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and the congregation of Broadway Methodist Church merged with that of the nearby Glendale First United Methodist Church.
