Train leaves L.A. & S.G.V.R.R. depot at 9:30 A.M. Auction sale at 10 o'clock A.M. Don't fail to examine the Business and Residence Lots in the heathful town of Garvanzo [sic]. Only four and one half miles from Los Angeles, on the line of the L.A. & S.G.V.R.R.--has five trains daily each way. The A.T. & S.F.R.R. will have completed their connection at Garvanzo [sic] by June 1st. Water is piped to this property from the Mountain Water Company, and charged for at the Los Angeles City water rates. This sale is Peremptory, and it is to the interest of all persons desiring good investments to be in attendance at this sale.
