View from the east of the Lick Observatory complex in the snow. Atop the summit the Old Dormitory stands in the center. Behind it is the main building of the Lick Observatory. The dome of the 36-inch refractor is on the left, while the dome which once housed the 12-inch refractor is on the right.
Scanned with Microtek Scanmaker 1000XL Pro; as a 600 dpi TIFF image in 24-bit RGB color. Auto Level image processing applied and compressed into JPEG format using Photoshop CS3.
