Original photograph has several small stains. Photograph caption dated February 2, 1957 reads "Brain waves measured. Electroencephalogram is taken of mentally disturbed patient at Sepulveda Veterans Hospital, 15800 Plummer St., by Mrs. Vera Just, of Granada Hills, and Dr. J. M. Goldstein, Encino, staff psychologist.
