Description
Starting in 1974, the PIG Bowl is a charity football game between law enforcement and fire departments raising money and awareness for local charities. PIG stands for Pride-Integrity-Guts, an acronym used for players of these first responders. Now called the Gun & Hoses Game, it has come to symbolize the work and preparation first responders take in their work, where it has become a big annual event.
