Description
Rendered in circa 1920 is Sacramento's City Hall building at 915 I Street. The signature four face clocks of the tower were installed in February 1911. It was common for the Northern Electric operators to check their watches against it as they made their way by on I Street. In time, the clocks became known for their lack of accuracy until being replaced in September 1926.
