Description: Sorting fruit was one of the last cannery jobs done completely by hand. Here, Beatrice Sanchez removes unsightly or damaged grapes from the line before they are added to fruit cocktail. Del Monte Plant #3 was located at 801 Auzerais Avenue in San Jose. Beatrice Sanchez worked at there from 1970 until 1995.
