Description: Waiting to represent the Los Angeles mayor's office in an East Los Angeles parade are Walter King and R.L. Sanford, seated with an unidentified woman behind a driver in a convertible Ford Crestline. Charros on horseback are also awaiting to ride in the parade in what appears to be a parking lot in a residential area. The parade route is Whittier Boulevard, the business district of East Los Angeles.
