Photograph article dated May 23, 1950 partially reads, "A typing student at North Hollywood Evening School, Mrs. Lesta Atkinson, who says she is about 50 years old is learning the 'touch system' after 15 years of the 'hunt and peck' method. Mrs. Atkinson, of 5420 Simpson St., North Hollywood, wants to become an expert typist so she can take over secretarial duties for her son, a Valley businessman."
