Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated September 6, 1963 partially reads, "Month-old David Bartley, whose chances for living were less than 10 per cent a month ago, comes home to Glendale today, with his chances of being a normal, healthy child as good as any newborn youngster. David was born a Siamese twin in Glendale Sanitarium. His liver and part of his small intestine were joined with his brother, Daniel, who died Aug. 14 after surgery at Children's Hospital in Los Angeles." David Bartley is seen being held by nurse Luciene Barett.
