Description
An article from the 1892 May 5 edition of the Whittier Register reports that books have been sent to the reform school in Whittier. It also reports that the state board of health spent time inspecting the sanitary conditions of the school. In addition, it lists reasons why the reformatory boys object to Chinamen coming to California.
