Description
Photograph of a view southwest showing the proposed Ramona Boulevard from Macy Street Bridge, November 15, 1933. Seven sets of railroad tracks can be seen next to one another at right. A train can be seen on the second track from the left, while other railroad cars can be seen to the right off of the tracks. Utility poles border the tracks at left, while a ditch can be seen to the left of the tracks down center. What appear to be homes and other buildings can be seen at left to the left of the ditch on top of a small incline. A sign at center near one of the buildings reads, "Hoeppel Con[...]". At least two cylindrical-shaped buildings appear to be under construction in the right background. Compares to USC-0-1-1-705 taken after street construction.
