Description
Annotation translation: " ... I send you here [a photo of] our African Twi teacher, Andreas Anno. He is also coming to the festival, so you will have the chance to get to know him better ..." (Berlin, 13th June 1913, note addressed to Käser, the "house-father"/warden in the Mission House Basel). Annotation: " ... Hier sende ich Ihnen unseren schwarzen Tschi-Lehrer, Andreas Anno. Er kommt auch aufs Fest, da werden Sie Gelegenheit haben, ihn noch näher kennenzulernen. ..." [Berlin, 13.06.1913, adressiert an Herrn Hausvater Käser, Basler Mission]. Format information questionable. Note translation: Presumably the reference in the annotations is to the annual Mission Anniversary Festival in Basel (PJ 07.1998).
