Stationary steam railway locomotive with one open cargo (coal-tender), United States Military [last word ?] printed on its side, and several flat bed cars loaded with axles. Numerous men stand around tracks with a few on train. A white house sits in the background on left-hand side. Title on mount: Construction Train men clearing Track after a rebel Raid. Handwritten in upper left corner: No. 25.
