Photograph caption dated June 4, 1957 reads, "Mrs. Roy Slater, president of North Hollywood Coordinating Council, accepts award from Charles Chapman, council vice president, as 'Citizen of Year.' Mrs. Slater was installed for second year as council president at annual dinner held in Colonial House, North Hollywood."
