Photograph was edited for publication purposes. H. C. Benedict, owner of the famous Carmel cottage, where, witnesses testified, they saw Aimee Semple McPherson and Kenneth G. Ormiston. He took the stand at the hearing on September 28, 1926, in an effort to identify Mrs. McPherson as the woman at the cottage. He testified he saw a green bathing suit there. He later became the fourth figure in the McPherson case to meet death as tragedy followed the famous case.
